Jamul House is Private Wedding Event in a private residence. We ask you to abide by our general policy when you chose us to host your event at hour Jamul House General Policy

Event Overview

Private Event, Functions Ceremony & Reception
Attendance is by invitation only
Host(s) for whom the event is being held must be clearly identified; and jointly identified when the hos tis more than one person such as a couple or a family or families
Date & Time must be clearly established at the time a booking is established

Invitation & Access

Entry is limited to invited guests only. A list of invitees must be provided to Jamul House by the host a week in advance of the day of the event
Invitations are non-transferable.
Jamul House reserves the right to deny access to anyone not on the guest list.
Guests may be asked to show their invitation or confirm their identification at entry.

Conduct & Behavior

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward:
- All attendees & Invitees
- Staff, vendors, and neighbors
- The property and surroundings
Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
No illegal activities or the use of illegal substances is permitted on the premises.
Disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.

Alcohol & Substances

Alcohol (if served) is for guests of legal drinking age only. Presenting a government ID to establish the rightful age might be required in some instances
No outside alcohol allowed unless approved by host and arranged as such in advance.
No controlled substances allowed on the promises.
Jamul House Event reserves the right to limit or refuse alcohol service to any guest appear to be underage; or intoxicated guests may be refused service or even asked to leave for safety reasons.

Safety & Liability

Guests attend at their own risk.
Jamul House will not accept responsibility for:

Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
Personal injury resulting from guest negligence
Host will agree to hold Jamul House Event harmless for any injuries resulting from host(s) or their invitees acts of negligence

Guests must follow all posted safety instructions and venue rules.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Property Use & Damage

Guests must respect all areas of the property.
Restricted or private areas may not be accessed.
Any intentional or negligent acts and damage resulting from it is the sole responsibility of the host(s) and their invitees. Please respect the home, landscaping, furnishings, and fixtures.
Certain areas of the residence may be restricted and clearly marked.
Guests are asked not to move furniture, décor, or equipment.
Any damage caused by a guest shall be the responsibility of the host(s)
No loitering inside or outside the property after the event.

Photography & Recording

Personal photography is allowed unless otherwise not permitted at certain areas
Professional photography or video recording by outside contractors is permitted at host(s) own risk.
By attending, the hosts, their guests acknowledge that they may appear in event photos or videos used for personal (non-commercial) purposes.

Noise & Curfew

Noise levels must be reasonable and in compliance with local ordinances and considerate to neighbors.
Music and festivities must conclude by certain time agreed at the time of booking the event
Guests must enter and exit the event quietly in respect for neighbors and surroundings.
No loitering inside or outside the property after the event.

Parking & Transportation

Guests must park only in designated areas.
Blocking driveways, fire lanes, or neighboring properties is prohibited.
Hosts encourage rideshare or designated drivers where alcohol is served.

Weather & Outdoor Areas

Jamul House Event Venue is an outdoor venue; hence the weather condition would affect the festivities gravely. It is strongly suggested to check the weather forecast for your event in advance of booking your event. If a sudden weather change occurs during the event;

Outdoor areas may be affected adversely by various weather conditions.
Guests should exercise caution on uneven ground, steps, patios, steep driveway, etc..
Jamul House Even shall not be responsible for weather-related changes or discomfort.

Emergency Situations

In case of emergency, invitees must follow instructions from the designated staff.
Emergency access routes must remain clear at all times.

Weather & Force Majeure

Event details may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Jamul House Event is not liable for cancellations or delays beyond their control.
Jamul House is not liable for any financial damages sustained by hosts for cancellation on account of unpredicted wild fire or earthquake at any time prior or during the vent.

Right to Modify or Enforce

Jamul House Event Venue reserve the right to:
- Modify this policy at any time
- Enforce rules as necessary for safety and enjoyment of all guests

Acknowledgment

Host(s) and their invitees & guests agree and accept that their attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of this general policy.
