Jamul house is an ideal private outdoor wedding venue for a small or medium size wedding ceremony for outdoor lovers with no more than 100 guests at the most on their guest list. We are booked months in advance; hence we recommend that you book us far in advance. A tour of the facility is complimentary and is highly recommended before you make your decision.
We are very flexible and will bend and twist to make our venue customized to your need and within your budget and to be exactly on the day of your choice. At Jamul House You have a variety of options. You could just acquire the exclusive use of the premise for as many days as you wish and then plan your own big day from A-Z on your own or alternatively you could let us do all that hard work for you; or whatever small or large part of it you wish us to undertake. Jamul House is an outdoor venue tucked away in the high mountain near Lyons Peak in Jamul. It is a private home with spectacular view of San Diego iconic landscapes such as San Miguel, Pacific Ocean, SD downtown, Mount. Helix, Coronado as well as town of Jamul beneath. During the day there is almost always clear sky with shining sun; and in the evening it might get a little chilly in the summer and fall and be even cold in the winter and spring; but no worries, both the portable gas heaters and the pretty view of the San Diego skylines lights and the light of the surrounding towns would keep you warm Jamul House is distant enough from any neighbors as such that you could turn up the music as loud as you wish and at the same time except when the bird are not chirping it is quiet enough for you to hear a whisper from a distance. It gets a little windy a few days around the year; hence we recommend that you check the weather forecast for your special day not only for rain but also for the wind, the rest is left to your or our luck the luck. The nearest shopping center is located in Ranch San Diego some 20 minutes’ drive away and the nearest hotels and motels are 40 minutes away from Jamul house. There is no public transportation within 40-minute drive.
